Not able to clear up issue

After a server move to new hardware to allow local drives for Transaction Logs, we have several mail file with this error:"The database \mail\x.nsf was unable to open or read the file Array index out of bounds"
Tried various combinations of fixup and compact, but still having the same issues.
BTW, "load daosmgr resync force" locked all mail delivery until I killed it. Anyone find another solution to allow the user to access attachments from the DAOS storage?
